I’m giving 4 stars because the staff is super great! I really enjoy my experience when I go. But the quality of my order is not always consistent. I could walk in one day and my drink is awesome and then the next it’s not so good.

Our Starbucks in Sumter is one of the best I have been to. It is clean and the coffees are first rate. They never taste watered down but well made with full flavor. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Always have to wait an extreme amount of time. Last time I waited 30 min just to get to the speaker to order for them to tell me they are practically out of everything to include cups. Then waited another 20 min to get out of line because the line is blocked by curbs.

Pretty disappointed with the speed of service - was stuck in the carpool line for almost 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me, and they only got 1 drink each. Inside wasn't busy so I think they're some combination of undertrained or understaffed. And getting out of line wasn't an option because there was a concrete barrier immediately to the right of the line. Only saving grace was the drink tasting good and the friendly staff.
